Returns and exchanges
We hope you love your order. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your items under our UK returns policy.
Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Some items may be excluded for hygiene or personalised reasons. Return postage may apply unless your item is faulty or not as described.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number before sending anything back. Exchanges are subject to availability. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
